In his formative years, Spencer devoted most of his time fishing the South River in Lyndhurst. He now spends his time outside of work with family and is active in his church and is a director at the Waynesboro Housing and Redevelopment Authority. Spencer has a particular interest helping clients through custody, visitation and support issues.
